FAQ is not enough?
If the FAQ is not covering the specific issue you are facing you can look at the knowledge base below or contact us through the following channels.
Chat – Use the chat option at the bottom right of our website and select “Support” as your option. Our chat support team is available during normal business hours in India.
Phone – Call us on 1800 103 6006 and select 2 for support. Our phone support team is available during normal business hours in India.
Email – If you’ve been unable to reach us on chat or phone or just prefer email, you can write to us at email@example.com. Our support team will respond within 24 hours.
Our helpdesk is staffed Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6:30 pm IST. Please have your Order ID or registered email ID handy when you contact support.
Technical Requirements – Medvarsity courses are designed to function in any modern standards compliant web browser. Some of our courses do contain Adobe Flash components and you might require a flash player for the same.
Systems – A computer capable of playing audio and running one of the following operating system.
- Microsoft Vista, 7, 8, or 10
- Apple Mac OS X 10.3 or later
- A monitor with a resolution of at least 1024×768
- Mozilla Firefox
- Apple Safari
- Microsoft Internet Explorer
Plugins – The following plugins might be required to access specific elements in the course and website.
- Adobe Flash Player 17+. If it’s not already installed, you can download a Flash Player for free.
- Adobe Reader 9+. If it’s not already installed, you can download Adobe Reader for free.
Internet Connection – You will need a broadband connection or other high speed internet connection with a minimum bandwidth speed of 4 Mbps. You can test your internet speed here.
Support – All tickets raised by customers are addressed within 48 business hours. For real time responses you can use the chat button provided at the bottom right.
Refund – We respect your choice to change your mind. All our customers can request for a full refund within 7 days of payment of the course. For details, see our refund policy.
Processing duration – All refund requests are processed through the same gateway within 14 days of receiving the request. In exceptional cases if your refund is not processed within the specified period, please contact us through support.
Duplicate Payment – Refund of duplicate payment made will be done through the same gateway/channel within 7 days of receiving the request. Please provide payment order details of the duplicate payment and registered email ID with which the payment was done.
Fraudulent Transactions – If you notice a fraudulent transaction on your card, you can contact your bank to raise a chargeback request. Your bank will be the best channel to address this and prevent additional fraud against your card.

Existing customers – You don’t need to be an existing customer in Medvarsity to be eligible.
How do I refer? – Signup for our refer and earn program using the link at the bottom of this page. Enter your friends and family details and win gift cards as soon as they pay and register for their courses.
Invoice – If you need another copy of your payment invoice, write to use at firstname.lastname@example.org with your payment details including order ID, registered email ID, payment details, etc.
Certificates – Your certificates will be issued on successful completion of the course and clearing the final assessment and viva with a minimum of 60% correct answers. An electronic version of your certificate will be sent to you within 48 hours of the above milestone being met. You can request for a print version of the certificate at additional cost.
