Course Description

Session 1: Introduction and diagnosis of Diabetes – 9:00 to 10.00

Session 2: Role of LifeStyle Management in Diabetes-Case based discussion (non-pharmacological management) – 10:00 to 11:00

11:00 to 11.15: Break

Session 3: Management of Diabetes- Oral Hypoglycemic Drugs (case-based discussion) – 11:15 to 12.45

12:45 to 13.30: Lunch

Session 4: Insulin and Diabetes Management (case-based discussion) – 13.30 to 15:00

15:00 to 15.15: Tea Break

Session 5: Management of Diabetes in Special Population- Case-based discussion (Children, Pregnancy, etc.) – 15.15 to 16.15

Session 6: Complications of Diabetes and primary care-case based discussion and closure (certificate distribution) – 16.15 to 17.30
