In the first instance, you should contact our student support teams to make a complaint using one of these methods, during operating hours.

If our student support teams have been unable to assist you, you can ask that your complaint be referred to Head- Customer support. You may also contact Head-Customer support directly as follows:

you in writing and advise that you have 10 business days to respond before we are entitled to close your complaint.

1.How do I login to access course I have enrolled for?

Please go through the link: kite.medvarsity.com
Enter your User ID & Password
User ID : Registered email id.
Password : ……… (An auto mail has been sent to your registered email-id with a password)
Once you login, the first step is to change your password.

3. Not able to see any course details on dashboard?
4. Not able to update to Next Level of enrolled Master class?
