The Project Manager is responsible for working with a team of professionals to deliver e-learning solutions that fit the defined quality standards and timelines.

The role is part of a team of elearning developers of multiple skillsets and reports to the content development manager.

Ideal candidate will have experience in handling managing multiple large E-Leaning projects with some prominent Learning & Development companies

Should have worked in prominent Learning/eLearning development companies or their projects.

· 

· 

8- 10 plus years of experience in handling multiple large E-learning projects from start to finish. 

· 

· 

Strong understanding of the various processes/phases in the learning development lifecycle

· 

· 

Excellent written and verbal communication

· 

· 

Should be able to ability to maintain deliverable deadlines amidst changing requirements

· 

· 

Extremely proficient in using project management tools

· 

· 

Ability to handle subject matter experts independently and diligently follow up on action

· 

· 

Ability to coordinate and bring order in a project with many moving parts

· 

· 

Experience in working with Healthcare & Medical domain will be an added advantage

Requirements

Estimate the scope, timeline and costing for the various e-learning projects

Develop effective project plan with the defined scope and deliverables.

Schedule tasks and track progress for the different functions in an E-learning project including the Subject matter experts, Instructional design team, Graphic design team and Quality assessment team.

Ensure that all the teams are functioning at their optimal capacity

Manage and monitor the project team on a daily/ weekly basis

Communicate effectively with team members

Be able to handle SMEs (Medical specialists) independently and diligently follow up on action

Ensure that all deadlines are matched, and all deliverables are produced as per the planned specifications, within the assigned timeline and budget.

Troubleshooting and helping teams resolve issues and any problems as and when they arise
