Responsibilities for Creative Manager

 Excel in concept and creative ideation.
 Well-versed with Software like Adobe Suite and cloud-based 2D/3D animation tools
 Creative Content Visualization
 Drive excellence in quality, design, and typography
 Take work from concept to final execution within short timelines by managing Graphic
Designers, Illustrators, and Motion Graphic Artists.
 Manage and delegate responsibilities within the team of graphic designers
 Lead and nurture a team to deliver creative breakthrough campaigns, content, and user
 Lead creative direction of the digital design team
 Collaborate on simultaneous projects from inception to completion – scoping, reviewing
project plans, designs, and through to deliverables
 Lead the team and ensure delivery of the highest quality of design direction, style, and
 Review the team's work for relevance, consistency, and accuracy through proofing editing,
and optimizing workflow
 Guide the creation and facilitation of design workshops, structured brainstorms, or other
collaboration exercises to provide expert direction to the team, the clients, and act as a
thought leader in the industry
 Proven experience as a creative manager or in a similar creative role
 Hand-on experience in the creative process, marketing, graphic design, and Motion Graphics


Preferred Qualifications:

 Strong written and communication skills
 An excellent communicator, able to influence broader business leaders
 Experience directing and managing the development of multiple creative assets including
key art, trailers, editorial video content, social content, etc across multiple creative
 Relentlessly high standards with impeccable attention to detail
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Familiarity with a variety of software programs, such as Adobe Suite, and familiarity with
plugins for example Duik Bassel, InDesign, and cloud-based 3D tools
 Good comfort level interacting with high-profile clients and industry professionals

 Evidence of participation in ongoing professional development opportunities in the areas of
graphic design or social media
 Recent hands-on experience with applying learning design, copy, or eLearning best practices
 Web design experience is an advantage, especially using HTML5
 Talent in presenting information concisely and accurately, with keen attention to detail
