Course Description
Learn the broad range of basics and advanced techniques related to the comprehensive health of a child.
The Advanced Certificate Course in Pediatrics course has been designed by leading pediatricians for practitioners like you who want to learn more about providing proper medical care for children and adolescents.
Why take the Advanced Certificate Course in Pediatrics?
The high pediatric population globally ensures that pediatricians are always in demand. The Advanced Certificate in Pediatrics course teaches the management of pediatric patients in the ICU, IPD, and OPD settings, thus increasing your chances of working in a corporate hospital or increasing the OPD in your clinic.
Pediatrics is a branch of medicine that deals with all specializations for a specific target audience, namely children. Any systemic disease in children will be taken to a pediatric specialist only. Thus, comprehensive theoretical knowledge, as provided by this course, will equip you better for your day-to-day practice.
The overall case management of pediatric patients differs significantly from that of adult patients and includes aspects of psychology and behavior management. This ensures the optimal management of these patients.
The Advanced Certificate in Pediatrics comprehensively covers several systemic diseases and their management in children. At the end of the course, you will be a part of a hands-on Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) workshop accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA). This will equip you to manage pediatric emergencies.
