Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern the way in which we supply products to you, including any e-learning courses.
Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us. These terms tell you: who we are; how we will provide products to you; how you and we can change or end the contract; what to do if there is a problem; and other important information. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are hereby reserved.
We will try our best to provide you with uninterrupted service. However, for reasons beyond our control like a power outage, server down, software issues, regular maintenance, programming errors, or other unavoidable glitches, content updates may be interrupted.
Grant Of Licence
In consideration of your payment, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable licence to use the purchased e-learning courses (“the Products”).
This licence is personal to you and cannot be shared or exchanged with others.
General
We provide, manage, and maintain your access, login credentials, and support. You are not permitted to modify, distribute, or transmit any product or copyrighted material, nor allow anyone else to do so.
Course Access
Course activation occurs once students have completed the application form and payment.
Completion or certification is not guaranteed once the access period ends. Students must complete the course within the stipulated time. Extensions may incur a 10% reactivation fee.
If interruptions occur due to our system or service, students will receive a free course extension based on the length of the disruption.
Content, curriculum, and course materials are subject to change or revision without prior notice.
Pricing and Payment
Medvarsity works with third-party payment processors to provide convenient and secure payment methods. Students are responsible for any conversion fees and taxes. Course access is granted only after full payment confirmation.
If a cheque is dishonored, an additional charge of INR 250 will apply. A late payment penalty of 2% of the course fee will be charged if payment is received more than 10 days after the due date.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel within seven (7) calendar days of purchase, before accessing materials. Please contact [email protected] for assistance.
After 7 days of login credential issuance, no refunds will be processed. Course changes are allowed within 3 weeks; beyond that, fees are non-refundable.

Note:All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the refund request.
Contact Program & Eligibility Policies
- Contact Programs will be conducted in batches; therefore, course duration extensions may occur based on batch availability.
- Medvarsity reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule Contact Programs due to unforeseen circumstances or trainer unavailability.
- Contact Program schedules will be communicated in advance through calls. Students must confirm participation within the given timeline; failure to do so may be treated as a missed opportunity.
- Medvarsity will not be responsible if a student fails to attend the scheduled Contact Program.
- Students who miss a batch may be accommodated in the next available batch, subject to availability.
- The Contact Program must be completed within the course validity period. A maximum grace period of 1 month may be provided.
- Students with pending fee dues will not be permitted to attend the Contact Program or receive certificates.
- Minimum 90% attendance in the Contact Program is mandatory for successful completion and certificate eligibility.
- Submission of a trainer-verified logbook is mandatory for Contact Program completion.
- Students must complete at least 80% of the online course before being eligible for the Contact Program. Schedules will not be shared prior to eligibility completion.
- Completion of all online modules is mandatory before appearing for the VIVA examination.
- Extension requests beyond the grace period may be approved with applicable charges of up to 10% of the course fee.
- Contact Program exemption may be considered for experienced candidates, subject to Academic Head approval.
- Contact Program exemption is not applicable for the following courses:
- Fellowship in Emergency Medicine
- Fellowship in Diabetes Mellitus
- Fellowship in Internal Medicine
- In cases where a partnership hospital or training center is not available in the student’s preferred location, students may be required to travel and attend the Contact Program at the assigned training center as per the schedule provided by Medvarsity.
- Students are expected to maintain professional conduct and discipline during the Contact Program. Any misconduct may lead to disqualification from the program or withholding of certificates.
- Medvarsity reserves the right to modify Contact Program policies, schedules, training centers, or assessment criteria whenever required for academic or operational purposes.
- Requests for batch changes or rescheduling from the student side will be considered only upon prior approval and subject to batch availability.
- Attendance will be calculated based on the trainer’s official records, which shall be considered final.
- Completion of the Contact Program alone does not guarantee certificate issuance unless all academic and administrative requirements are successfully fulfilled.
Payment Disclaimer
All payments for courses and related services must be only to the official Medvarsity account. We do not authorize payments made to any individual or personal accounts.
Medvarsity will not be held liable for any loss or claims arising if a student makes payments to unauthorized accounts.
