The eligibility criteria for admission to the Fellowship in Family Medicine by Medvarsity include healthcare professionals with an MBBS, MD, MS, or DNB degree. This program is designed to advance the skills and knowledge of medical practitioners in providing comprehensive family medicine care.

The Clinical Observership in the Fellowship in Family Medicine by Medvarsity is a clinical observation program that takes place at a multispecialty hospital. During this observation, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced family medicine physicians, observing and participating in patient care. This immersive experience allows you to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world settings, enhancing your clinical skills and understanding of patient-centered care. The observatory period focuses on developing practical skills in diagnosing and managing a wide range of medical conditions commonly encountered in family medicine.

Upon completing the Fellowship in Family Medicine, including the final assessment and clinical observership, graduates will receive three certificates. You will receive a fellowship certificate from Medvarsity along with BAC, a CPD, and AFPI (Academy of Family Physicians of India). You will also receive a certificate from the CPD Standards Office in the UK.

Upon completion of the Fellowship in Family Medicine, you will be accredited with  160 CPD (Continuing Professional Development) hours by the CPD Standards Office in the United Kingdom.

The course assessments are conducted at multiple intervals as the course progresses, with each chapter ending in a multiple-choice quiz. If you do not clear the quiz at any level or the final assessment on your first attempt, you will have three attempts to do so. Should you fail to clear the final assessment within these three attempts, you will need to pay reactivation fees to continue. To access the course material online, visit “medvarsity.com” and log in using your mobile number or email ID. After entering the OTP sent to your registered number or email, click “Continue.” Navigate to “My Courses” in your profile to access the enrolled course. By clicking “Start” on the course card, you will be directed to the learning page where all content, including videos and reading material, is available online. The videos cannot be downloaded but can be viewed anytime within the course duration. You can pause and resume modules at your own pace within the course timeframe. The course includes a 30-day clinical observership at a leading corporate hospital. All courses are in English.
