Throughout the rotation, participants immerse themselves in one of the leading Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems used widely across healthcare facilities. This exposure equips them with essential technological skills crucial for modern medical practice. Moreover, our personalized mentorship ensures that participants receive tailored guidance aimed at enhancing their competitiveness for residency matching. Through one-on-one interactions, our preceptors offer invaluable insights into navigating the complex path towards a successful medical career.

Our program offers diverse learning opportunities across various locations, including Annandale, VA, Washington, DC, Alexandria, VA, and Woodbridge, VA, in affiliation with esteemed institutions like Inova Fairfax Hospital and Virginia Hospital Center. Participants can choose from specialized rotations, such as hospital rounds at Alexandria Hospital or outpatient clinic experiences integrating pediatrics, each providing unique learning experiences tailored to individual interests and goals.

Led by Dr Le and Dr Gallagher, our program operates for 40 hours weekly, from Monday to Saturday, ensuring a rigorous and immersive learning experience.
