Dr. Sripriya Gopalkrishnan is the Principal and Professor at Sadhu Vaswani College of Nursing in Pune, Maharashtra. With over 25 years of experience in nursing education, she has significantly contributed to the development and growth of the institution. Dr. Gopalkrishnan holds an M.Sc. in Medical-Surgical Nursing with a specialization in Oncology from CMC College of Nursing, Vellore, and a Ph.D. from Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Pune. She is actively involved in research and has published over 30 papers, focusing on areas such as cultural competence in nursing and its implications in research . Under her leadership, the college has expanded its academic offerings to include B.Sc., Post Basic B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. programs in nursing, all approved by the Indian Nursing Council and affiliated with Maharashtra University of Health Sciences.
