General FAQ’S
1. Support timings

2. What are the criteria for course completion?
Course Completion: 100% of all modules
Final Assessment: Minimum of 60% marks
3. What is the passing percentage for assessments?
All module and final exams must be cleared with 60% or higher to unlock the next module. You may retake assessments to achieve the required score.
4. When will I receive my course completion certificate?
Upon successful completion of all modules and final assessments:
- Achieve 80% course progress and 60% in final assessments.
- Submit course feedback under the Certification section.
- Your certificate will be generated instantly once criteria are met.
5. How many attempts are allowed for module and final exams?
You have up to 3 attempts for each module and final exam.
The highest score achieved will be considered for grading.
6. How long does it take to receive my certificate?
Certificates are issued within 48 hours of successfully completing all requirements (modules, assessments, and viva if applicable).
An e-certificate will be available for download. Printed certificates can be ordered for an additional fee — contact [email protected] for assistance.
7. What is the cancellation or refund policy?
We offer a full refund if requested within 7 calendar days of course activation. Refunds are not available after this period.

8. What if I don’t complete the course within the allotted time?
The course duration starts from the date of first access. If you are unable to complete it within the given timeframe, you can purchase an extension for additional time. Contact support via chat or email ([email protected]) to request this.
9. Can I access the course after completion?
Course access is available only if you complete all requirements within the allotted duration. Access will not be available once the course validity expires.
10. Payment Disclaimer
All payments must be made only to official Medvarsity Technologies Private Limited accounts.
We do not authorize payments made to individuals or personal accounts. Medvarsity will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from unauthorized payments.
