The diagnosis involves detecting fatty liver via ultrasound, biopsy, or moralistography, alongside conditions like diabetes, obesity, or at least two metabolic risk factors (waist circumference, blood pressure, dyslipidemia, prediabetes, elevated HOMA-IR, or high hsCRP).
