Consultant Surgical Oncologist, Sri LankaDr. Theekshana Pathirana is a Consultant Surgical Oncologist and Breast Surgeon from Sri Lanka with extensive expertise in the comprehensive surgical management of complex cancers. He holds MBBS and MD Surgery from the University of Colombo, MRCS from Glasgow (UK), and specialized training in Surgical Oncology, along with a PG Certificate in Medical Education from Edge Hill University, UK.
His clinical expertise includes advanced breast cancer surgery with oncoplastic techniques and reconstruction, as well as management of colorectal cancers, HIPEC procedures, pelvic exenteration, thyroid and parathyroid surgeries, head and neck cancers, sarcomas, skin cancers, and upper gastrointestinal malignancies.
