- Lifestyle diseases are non-communicable diseases increasingly prevalent due to sedentary lifestyles. Risk factors and common conditions include stress, anxiety, hypertension, obesity, headaches, cardiovascular diseases, kidney problems, type 2 diabetes, insomnia, respiratory issues, and osteoporosis. Yoga may help prevent these diseases but doesn't completely cure them.
