Shiny Chandran is a senior sports and preventive nutritionist with over 25 years of experience in clinical nutrition, weight management, and lifestyle disease prevention. She is one of India’s first IOC-certified sports nutritionists and is also an accredited Sports Dietitian from Sports Dietitians Australia. Based in Chennai, she specializes in obesity management, PCOS, diabetes, sports nutrition, and metabolic health, with a strong focus on evidence-based and sustainable nutrition practices. Shiny is also an author, speaker, and wellness advocate actively involved in public health awareness and nutrition education.
